Value Realization™ Philosophy

Purpose

This document defines the foundational philosophy that governs Value Realization™ and Value Realization Management™.

Core assertions

  • Value is not a claim. Value is realized only when outcomes are verified as achieved under agreed definitions.
  • Value is contextual. The same action can produce different value under different conditions and constraints.
  • Value must be governed. Without governance, value claims drift and value erosion becomes the default.
  • Value is a lifecycle. Identification, justification, verification, and sustained realization are distinct and must be managed.

Notes

This philosophy is intentionally non-branded and suitable for arms-length publication.
