Value Realization™ Principles

Purpose

This document states the guiding principles that constrain how Value Realization™ is framed, governed, measured, and communicated.

Draft principles

  • Evidence before assertion. Value claims must be grounded in observable evidence or auditable logic.
  • Accountability before activity. Priorities are defined by accountable leaders, not by delegated roles.
  • Definition before measurement. Metrics must follow agreed definitions of value.
  • Governance before scale. Scale without governance produces drift and erosion.
  • Sustained realization over episodic wins. Durable value requires ongoing management, not one-time capture.
